Shipping + Returns


Please allow up to three days for ready to ship items to be received by the post office. All items that have a specified production time listed in the product description will be shipped out in the production time frame and will adhere to the shipping option selected during checkout. 


We will gladly accept a return of full price undamaged merchandise! All sale items and custom orders are FINAL SALE!
All eligible items must be returned within 10 days of receipt, and all returns and exchanges must be free of damages for a full refund of the purchase price. HOW COULD YOU? clothing is not responsible for returns or exchanges lost in the mail, and the buyer is encouraged to purchase insurance and tracking for all returned items.

Returns attempted outside of this 10-day deadline will be denied and returned to the customer.

Items must be undamaged. All returns will be processed within 15 business days of receiving your item.

Store Credit

Store Credit will be provided in the form of a code sent to the email address provided at the time of the original order. Credit from an exchange will be processed at the time of the return.

Store Credit can only be used online at our website 

Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account. Please treat Store Credit like cash.

Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.

Store credit has no expiration date.
